Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
